Shipping & Delivery

Casual Abaya is currently shipping only within the UAE:

Shipping takes 7-12 working days after receiving the payment. Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of AED 30 for all orders below AED 500.

Free shipping is available for all orders above AED 500.

Refunds

No Refund or Return is possible. Please make sure to mention correct measurements before placing the order.

Exchange

Item will be exchanged in case of any mistake in the order from our side, subject to informing us within 3 days from the delivery. Items will only be replaced if they are damaged during delivery or handling. Shipment is checked thoroughly before despatch, so kindly record a video while opening your order so we can get the order exchanged in case of any defect.

Alteration

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for alteration. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cancelation Policy

Customer cannot Cancel or change their order once order is placed.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be Exchanged. Sale items cannot be Refunded or Exchanged.
